Exchanges & Returns

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

  • Yes, we have a 14 day exchange and return policy. Products must be returned in the original packaging and its original condition.
  • Products must not be used, worn or tags cut off.

How do I arrange an exchange or return?

  • Please email Help@thelighthousecollection.com and let us know of your request within the 14 days of purchase and then send back the items at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked courier or mail service as we will not take responsibility for lost or damaged products.
  • Once the products are received and the condition is verified, we will confirm with you the products you would like for replacement  and we will arrange the exchange.
  • You can also make an appointment to come to our office to make the exchange.

I receive damaged products, what should I do?

  • Most of the products that we carry are packed really well to stop damages ocurring in transit, however time to time this damage does occur. We would be happy to facilitate a replacement for you if you find this issue. Please email us at Help@thelighthousecollection.com and advise of the issue and we will most likely request photos of proof and then we can arrange a replacement.
